Grayton Assist with British Steel Pipework

For the CMEG project this year, Grayton worked with British Steel and Systra to replace over 200m of 1080mm diameter gas main in the outage – conducted ahead of schedule and with zero harm in a challenging safety environment.

I never had any concerns about the programme, a lot of effort went into the planning the offsite and onsite work, we worked together as a team to resolve any issues, and in the end the work in the outage was handed back early. In a challenging safety environment, Grayton worked with British Steel and Systra to ensure a high level of safety methods and standards were achieved, which resulted in a zero harm project with no accidents or incidents, which is a credit to all involved.
